1) Liam Neeson was born in 1952, in Northern Ireland.

2) He is one of the most famous Irish actors. Another fellow famous Irish actor is Pierce Brosnan.

Pierce Brosnan was also born in the early 50s (in 1953), is also tall (at 6' 1½" (1.87 m)), and he had a marriage ending in his wife’s death. In addition to these similarities, the two also made a movie together called Seraphim Falls in 2006. The movie is western/thriller and it takes its time to tell its audience that none of the main characters is actually villain, but a victim of war and its consequences.

3) One of Hollywood’s tall actors, he stands at 6' 4" (1.93 m). He even tried auditioning for the role of a giant, but the role went to André the Giant who stood at 7' (2.13 m), making Liam Neeson look relatively small.

4) He was happily married to Natasha Richardson for 15 years. Their marriage ended at her death in 2009 when she died after a skiing accident. He has two children from Natasha Richardson.
