Celebrities We Lost in November of 2012

There were a lot of celebrity deaths in 2012, some were major stars some were minor players in the business of entertaining but that does not mean they should not be recognized for the achievements. Since there are so many I am breaking the list down in to several smaller lists as not to publish an extremely large article. I am trying to work in order of the most recent first. Here is a listing of the celebrities we lost in November of 2012.

Emily Squires - A television director most known for her work on Sesame Street. During her career she won 6 Emmies for outstanding directing of a children's series.  She was also a screen writer for daytime soap operas For the Guiding Light and As the World Turns.  She was also a director of documentaries.  She died in the hospital and the cause is not yet known.  She died on November 21st at age 70.              

Larry Hagman - Most known for his roles on I Dream of Jeannie and as JR Euwing on Dallas.  Hagman was recently starring in his reprised role of JR as the show Dallas had been recently brought back to television.  Hagman died on November 23 at the age of 81. Larry Hagman filmed an episode on the prank show I Get That A Lot shortly before his death.  That episode should be airing shortly.

Art Ginsburg - Who was most well known as "Mr. Food" He did a food segment on several news stations.  He always ended with the phrase "Mm It's So Good."  He died on November 21st after losing a battle with pancreatic cancer. 

Clive Dunn - Portrayed Lance Corporal 'Jonesy' Jones in the 1970's BBC series 'Dad's Army,' He also had a very long string of guest appearances on several television shows including a TV movie Much Ado About Nothing in 1984. He died at age 92 on November 6th.

Bernard Bierman was a composer best known for "Midnight Masquarade" and "Vanity" he was 96 years of age and passed away on November 5th.

Ted Curson - A Jazz musician best known for performing with Charles Mingus.  He died at the age of 77 on November 4th.

Brad Armstrong (Robert Bradley James) was a professioinal wrester associated with World Champion Wrestling. He passed away on November 1st with the cause of death being described as medical distress.  He was 51 years of age.
