The show is about the Bundy family where the former athlete dad Al Bundy (Ed O’Neill of Modern Family) is a miserable shoe salesman, mom Peggy Bundy (Katey Sagal of Sons of Anarchy) doesn’t really show any domestic tendencies and shops whenever she can, son Bud is smart but socially and romantically unsuccessful, and the daughter Kelly who’s impossibly stupid but beautiful and popular.
She guest-starred in Friends as Rachel Green (Jennifer Aniston)’s spoiled, superficial and self-centered sister 2 in episodes. The other Green sister was played by Reese Witherspoon.
She has been appearing on the screen since 1981.
She has worked with the two boyfriends of Buffy (of Buffy The Vampire Slayer series): Angel (David Boreanaz) and Riley (Marc Blucas). Boreanaz guest-starred in an episode of Married with Children as Kelly’s cheating boyfriend. Marc Blucas is a part of the cast of the film View from the Top.
She has been nominated for Emmy four times, and she won one of them for her guest performance in Friends. She had one other nomination for Friends, and the other two were for Samantha Who?.
